Services & Amenities

The following routine services are provided and included in the monthly rental fee:

• Resident Attendant services:
  • 24 hour on site staffing
  • Assisting with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming & hygiene (may be done independently)
  • Personal laundry & linen service
  • Three nutritious meals daily & snacks
  • Making periodic checks & hourly night bed checks
  • Assisting with ambulation
  • Additional services as agreed
• Health monitoring services:
  • Blood pressure /Pulse monitoring
  • Blood sugar monitoring
  • Weight monitoring
  • Medication administration, monitoring & management.
• All meals (including special diets)
• Scheduled activities program/Community outings
• Housekeeping services
• Bed linens and towels
• Utilities (excluding telephone)
• Central television distribution system (local channels)
• Routine maintenance
